Biography[]
Padre contracted V to take care of Luis after he had suspiciously gotten off after murdering an NCPD officer. Padre suspects he has friends in high places and offers a bonus for evidence.
Padre's suspicions proved true because José had been contracted by Arasaka to attack one of their facilities using Militech equipment in order to frame them so they could start a new corporate war to draw attention away from something secret. V can kill José, but can also knock him out and put his body in the trunk of one of Padre's associates.[1]
