Biography[]
Jake Estevez had been a mechanic in the employ of 6th Street for two weeks before irritating them enough for the gang to chase him off. In the words of Sebastian Ibarra, "Fifteen minutes with the man and my barrel against his forehead, but good news is we found a way to get along."
He was apparently a whiz with vehicles, being sought after by individuals for vehicle software modifications. He was the owner of the Wicked Tires Autoshop in The Glen until he ran afoul of 6th Street and had to leave Night City, but not without his truck - a modified Thorton Colby CX410 Butte, a car that he is planning to sell to someone in Sacramento, but not before enjoying the ride. He followed his uncle's credo: "If you have to chose between someone else and your ride, always choose the ride."[1]
Following your recapture of his Colby, he will contact you approximately a day later via text with a present: a Quadra Turbo-R V-Tech.[2]
