Highcourt Plaza Hotel is a luxury hotel located in central Night City.
History[]
2010s - 2020s[]
Highcourt Plaza was built to be one of the most elegant, expensive and stylish hotels in Night City, with its interior decoration rendered in an understated 1920's Art Deco style.
By the 2010s and 2020s, this four-star hotel had multitude of services in its interior, as well as rental car and limousine service for guests needing transportation around the city. Hotel security consisted of two armed detectives and roving plainclothes security personnel, plus people monitoring video display cameras. They were equipped with electric stun guns and handheld communications gear, capably handling most common situations in the hotel.[1]
2030s - 2040s[]
The Highcourt Plaza Hotel survived the Fourth Corporate War, and after the shifting of the city district borders, it found itself in the border between the Old Japantown and Little China Combat Zones.
By 2045, the classy hotel was well-defended and still working.[2] A film production taking place in Night City shot some scenes at the Highcourt Plaza.[3]
Layout[]
Highcourt Plaza Hotel is twenty-eight stories tall, with twin towers of silvered glass and four observation glass elevators rising from the central atrium/lobby. The hotel's eastern wing included an indoor pool, a health spa, and a beauty and fitness center. On the other hand, the western wing featured a small convention center, a travel bureau and the three-star French restaurant Le Fontainebleau. Additionally, the western wing's rooftop was specially equipped with a landing pad capable of handling the heaviest corporate helicopters or tilt-winged business aircrafts. Valet parking was provided by the hotel in their two levels of underground parking.
The 3rd through 24th floors consisted of double occupancy rooms with bathrooms. The 25th through 27th floors had sixteen luxury suites complete with kitchen, full bathrooms, and interfacing capacity. The 28th floor consisted of two huge penthouse apartments reserved for visiting heads of state, captains of industry, and millionaire rockerboys and their entourages.[1][4]
