High Noon is a Perk in Cyberpunk 2077.
Overview[]
High Noon can be unlocked at 15 Cool after unlocking Deadeye.
This perk only affects Pistols, Revolvers, Precision Rifles, and Sniper Rifles.
Unlocking this perk causes you to increase your reload speed by 35% after neutralizing an enemy via headshot or weak spot while Deadeye is active. The effect will remain available for 3 seconds. If reloading while the effect is active, time will be slowed down by 50% during the reload.
