Hawk was the personal weapon of choice of NUSA President Rosalind Myers, who had it in her possession for many years, before being passed on to V.
Hawk has an iconic modifier that marks and weakens enemies for 15 seconds after they were hit by the weapon. Hit enemies will move 50% slower, cannot use abilities such as Kerenzikov or Sandevistan, deal 34% less damage and are more prone to losing their balance, and causes enemy attacks to cost 25% more Stamina.
This iconic modification reduces magazine capacity by 20%, but increases Headshot Damage Multiplier by 50%.
