Hackatomy is a Smart Weapon Mod in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty.

Installing this modification on a Smart Weapon causes it to have a 5% chance to apply a Tier 4 quickhack effect depending on which part of the body is hit.
- Head - Reboot Optics
- Arms - Weapon Glitch
- Legs - Cripple Movement
- Torso - Cyberware Malfunction
This modification can be unequipped. It is also automatically unequipped when disassembling, selling, or dropping the weapon it is attached to.
Acquisition[]
- Can only be crafted using the Active Chimera Core, obtained during Lucretia My Reflection after having defeated the Militech Chimera.
