This location is filled with 6th Street members with the majority in an open area, but there is also one on the roofs above this open area. The garage with the servers on which you must install the malware is also in this area.
If you're looking to do stealth, it is possible if you distract the right guards from spotting you as you upload the malware, just note that Johnny will appear after you upload to talk for a bit.

- 6th Street's got a stiffy Jefferson Peralez so they have these servers pumping out anti-Holt propaganda. They see Peralez becoming mayor as like the second coming of Abraham Lincoln or some shit, here to unite the city with the NUSA. Naive gonks.
