The Founding Our Future Expo is located in Dogtown, in the Pacifica district of southern Night City.

Funded by Militech as part of their urban renewal plan for Pacifica,[1] the expo hall was supposed to host a lavish, one-week long inauguration consisting of parties, fireworks, Militech presentations and a speech by NUSA president and former Militech CEO Rosalind Myers. Nevertheless, after a Militech scandal in Ecuador the inauguration was cancelled and staff in charge of the event laid off.[2]
Later, the deserted Expo Hall was used as a storage depot for BARGHEST, containing one of their two Militech Chimeras.

FOUNDING OUR FUTURE - EXPO
Rumor has it that Militech bought as many bottles of champagne for the this exhibition's opening as there were liters of concrete already poured into the district's construction. The unending flow of bubbly, the self-aggrandizing applause and the lofty promises delivered during the ceremony were intended to inflate egos and encourage the city's elite to open their wallets for the next stages of development. The guest list included everyone who wielded influence in the city and the bank account to back it up. Alas, although the grand opening was meant to last a couple of days, it never came to pass. This exhibit-turned-mausoleum of grand ideas and ambitions continues to rot in Dogtown to this day, a mockery and reminder of the past's utopian plans for the future. Nothing remains of the weapon displays and special security systems. Everything that wasn't nailed to the floor (and even the things that were) have long since been removed and are likely repurposed in such mundane ways it would cause the expo's original designers to shed a tear. Today, Colonel Hansen and his comrades like to receive prominent guests here. After all, what better way to kick off an potential business venture than by spinning a tale of abandoned citizens taking the future into their own hands.
