Finisher: Live Wire is a Perk in Cyberpunk 2077.

Finisher: Live Wire can be unlocked at 15 Intelligence after unlocking Queue Acceleration.
This perk only affects the Monowire.
Unlocking this perk allows you to perform finishers with the Monowire when an enemy's Health is low. While there are quickhacks queued on an enemy, they become more susceptible. An enemy killed with this finisher restores 15% Health and 5 RAM.
