Overview

Finisher: Bladerunner can be unlocked at 15 Reflexes after unlocking Lead And Steel. Finisher: Bladerunner has three levels.

This perk only affects Bladed Weapons

Level 1 reduces Stamina cost for attacking with Bladed Weapons by 15%.

Level 2 increases attack speed of Bladed Weapons by 20%.

Level 3 unlocks the ability to use a new Blade Finisher. Using this finisher restores 25% Health. Can only be used if an enemy is on low Health.
