Fashion Cuts was located in the University District of Central Night City.

Fashion Cuts was tucked away behind the Biograph Theater and Metro Cafe. From Grace Street, the only evidence of its presence was the neon Fashion Cuts logo on the building's side. Their hair artists were skilled in all the 2020s styles, from magnetic spikes to true neon interweaving.[1]
