The Executive Estates was a "beaverville" residential complex located in Westbrook.
Overview[]
Considered the most exclusive neighborhood in the Greater Night City Area, as well as the most exclusive corporate-owned suburb in Westbrook, the Executive Estates catered to only the highest ranking corporates and their assistants. Although it had been nicknamed a "beaverville," the name didn't really apply to this stately sweep of multimillion eurodollar mansions, lush gardens and parks, huge greenbelts and golf courses with real vegetation, and private AV-pads.
Its residents were among the richest people of the metropolitan area, and had the security and power to make sure they stayed undisturbed. A private Arasaka-sponsored maglev line went through the edge of the Executive Estates, and it was shared with the more mundane rich people in the Westbrook area; however, you had to have an EE passcard in order to exit at the Estates station.[1][2]
Its residents and other rich people from Westbrook would eventually create the Executive Zone.
