The Estero Bay Military COG was a mixture of various military units grouped together into a single organization whose loyalty resided with Northern California and the Pacifica Confederation. At least that was the official word, since the COG had also made a deal with the Militech corporation to trade land and access to the NorCal Military Base in exchange for training and ammunitions. On top of that, a secretive sect withing the COG known as the Culper Ring were aiming on reuniting Northern California with the United States.[1]
