Emergency Brake is a Vehicle Quickhack in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty.
Overview[]
Emergency Brake forces a targeted vehicle to use it's handbrake to come to a stop, and trigger it's alarm.
While it can be used on arbitrary cars in Night City traffic, it is most useful for impeding the progress of opponents in street races or for losing tails in car chases.

- Becomes available after unlocking the Carhacker perk.
