Dock 13 is located in the Port district of central Night City.
Overview[]
Nestled between the docks of the South Night City waterfront, Dock 13 was known as a troublesome area even for a Combat Zone. Notorious neighbors included a studio apartment and a cargo community.
William Maze was a local crackpot fixer who ran a business out of Dock 13 and was constantly screwing over dangerous gangs, edgerunners, corporate security and cops. Nearly every week a number of people stood in front of his business with megaphones demanding retribution and shooting at his building. Be it with violence or not, it was exhausting for Dock 13's neighbors. Unfortunately for those seeking retribution and those wanting the shouts and shots to stop, Maze was never at home.[1] He also used his business as an occasional Night Market.[2]
