Dino Dinovic is a prominent fixer of Night City's Center. He can be found at Electric Orgasm, his own bar in Downtown NC.

Biography[]

Dino is a rockerboy who, along with being City Center's most prominent fixer, plays as the bassist for the Gloryhole Bandits, an unusual band which sells all of the available concert tickets, yet nobody can say that they've actually heard them play. In his youth, Dino had the chance to see a Samurai concert, during which, as he says, Johnny Silverhand threatened to severely injure a corpo he had kidnapped and kept backstage unless the band got at least three encores. While Dino was too young to have formally met Silverhand, he admires his actions as a form of style.

Similar to other fixers, Dino doesn't get into the morality of the contracts he accepts and will always take the side of whoever is paying, whilst not being forgiving to those that botch his jobs.[1]

During the early 2070s,[2] he sent his girlfriend Kali to infiltrate The Mox and steal a precious shard from them to sell it on the market. Things got complicated when she returned with Screw, a Maelstromer who saved her life after attempting to steal the shard himself with his gang, betraying his gang in the process. Dino promised him ten percent of the sale and allowed Doc to patch his wounds for saving his girlfriend, but later overheard Screw talking to Kali about killing him. He promised the two he would return with the money after selling the shard but also promised the Maelstroms to return Screw to them and half of the money from the sale. He also gave them Kali as insurance, but ended up abandoning her for the gang to kill.[3]

By 2077, Dino is happy that his corpo-filled area of Downtown is "on fire" over the arrival of Hanako Arasaka, as it provides him with numerous contracts he can further his business with. And should V be interested in some downtown parties, he will promise to check in with none other than rock legend Kerry Eurodyne, who is known for setting up big events, to get them in. As Dino says, it shouldn't be much of a problem since Kerry likes him.[1]

DINO DINOVIC

Everyone who's anyone knows him, whether it's Dino the fixer in Downtown and Corpo Plaza, or Dino the rockerboy bassist in the notorious band Gloryhole Bandits. Strangely, despite them playing sold-out shows, nobody's heard Dino play. You holler at Dino when you need something - pure, uncut stimulants, fast loans, joytoys for your BFF's birthday party, you want to start a riot or want to see somebody's legs broken. Dino's your man - Dino'll get it done. Like every good fixer, Dino keeps mixed company - he's just at home with play-hard corpos and top-tier mercs (usually edgerunners) as with sketchy media vultures and homeless drifters. You can meet them all in Dino's bar. It's worth dropping in - someone's bound to pick your brain over a drink... or throw up on your shoes. You might leave with a black eye or an STI, but that's how this city rolls?[1]
