Cyberware Malfunctions is a Control Quickhack in Cyberpunk 2077.
Overview[]
A Tier 3 control quickhack that disables the enemy's cyberware for 10 seconds, and increases all damage they receive by 5%. This effect can stack up to 3 times.
At 2 stacks, it permanently disables their cyberware.
The Tier 4 variant causes the enemy to take Electrical damage over time if they are affected by 3 stacks of Cyberware Malfunction. The amount of damage increases by % for each stack. Increases the maximum amount of stacks to 5.
The Tier 5 variant increases the maximum amount of stacks to 8, and causes Cyberware Malfunction to deal a high amount of Electrical damage at maximum stacks. Triggering this effect disables the ability to upload Cyberware Malfunction to the enemy.
The variant increases the amount of additional damage the enemy takes from 5% to 15% per stack of Cyberware Malfunction active on the enemy.
