Stats in Cyberpunk 2077 and Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty enhance V's combat and survival capabilities.
List of Stats[]
Health[]
Health is a measure of your vitality, you start with 100 Health Points. Your base Health is increased by 5 each time you level up, when the Body Attribute is raised, and investing in certain Perks and cyberware.
Outside combat, Health will regenerate on its own up to 60% of the maximum, which can be improved with Body perks. Also, the Nourishment status effect gained from consuming food will double your Health regeneration rate outside combat.[1]
The Refreshed status effect or the Comeback Kid perk can let you regenerate in combat, if you already have the perk, the status effect will instead increase your regeneration rate and max percentage healed.
Stamina[]
Dodging, dashing and attacking deplete your Stamina, but it will begin to regenerate shortly after you used it last.
Shooting ranged weapons drains your Stamina with each shot, reducing weapon handling.
Swinging a melee weapons drains your Stamina with each attack or Strong Attack. Reaching 0 Stamina will severely reduce melee attack speed until recovered.
Consuming drinks can earn you the Hydration status effect which will increase Stamina regeneration rate.
Armor[]
Armor reduces the amount of damage you take. For every 10 points of Armor, you reduce the amount of incoming damage per second (DPS) by roughly 1 point. Cyberware is the main source of armor, but some clothing also increases armor slightly through intrinsic modifiers.[1]
Armor Penetration[]
Armor Penetration determines how much of an enemy's Armor your weapon attacks will ignore when determining damage, which is mainly dictated by the Armor Penetration stat on your weapon.

Adrenaline is indicated as a yellow bar that acts like extra Health that only absorbs damage.
Adrenaline decays over time, which can be stalled by the Calm Mind Perk.
