Cyberjunkies are a type of enemy in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty.

Cyberjunkies, in their core essence, are individuals who are using cyberware and then got hooked on drugs. After experiencing a mental breakdown, they suffered from something similar to cyberpsychosis, except it is caused by the drugs.
Throughout Dogtown, you can find regular junkies as well as cyberjunkies.

Most of the cyberjunkies can be neutralized as soon as V has left the Kress Street Hideout during Lucretia My Reflection, except for those with an asterisk.
