Overview

Counter-A-Hack can be unlocked at 9 Intelligence after unlocking Hack Queue.

Unlocking this perk allows you to counter quickhack enemy netrunners. These netrunners can be quickhacked through walls and obstacles. Counter quickhacks performed this way, have their RAM cost reduced by 1.
