The Consortium are a division of the Russian Mafia operating in Night City.
Overview[]
Around 2045, the Consortium was a tightly-run group of the Russian mafia which had close ties to the Thelas Nation, as such, they had influence over the maritime districts of the Heywood Industrial Zone or the Port of Night City.[1]
