The Center for Neuromotor Development Site 341 is a cutting-edge facility dedicated to the development of young athletes. Its main goal is to discover young talent and shepherd them into successful careers. Prospective athletes spend years under the guidance of specialists – ripperdocs, coaches, biohackers and psychologists. These young athletes undergo genetic and cybernetic modification to ensure their nervous systems are capable of high performance from an early age. However, not all bodies can withstand the demands of modern-day competitive sports, whose spectacle lies partially in taking risks and pushing the limits of human capability. As the "341" in its name would imply, there are hundreds of such facilities across the world. Not all operate in accordance with the law.
