Overview

Bullet Time can be unlocked at 9 Reflexes after unlocking Bullet Deflect.

This perk only affects Bladed Weapons.

Unlocking this perk causes Bullet Deflect to not drain Stamina while time is slowed, and deflections automatically hit enemies for Crit Damage.

• Both name and icon are a reference to the 1999 film The Matrix.
