Breakthrough is a Perk in Cyberpunk 2077.

Overview

Breakthrough can be unlocked at 9 Body and has one level. This perk requires you to use Blunt Weapons and have fully unlocked Wrecking Ball.

Reduces the Armor of enemies by 40% for 7 seconds after they were hit by a Strong Attack.
