The Blue Fang is an Iconic variant of the Neurotoxin Knife in Cyberpunk 2077. It was added in Patch 1.6 as part of the New Weapons: Melee DLC.

Characteristics

A teal colored variant of the Neurotoxin Knife, that has been coated with an extremely effective neurotoxin coating.

The Blue Fang has an iconic modifier that Stuns enemies that are hit for 4.6 seconds after 1 second when hit by a headshot, and after 3 seconds if the body or limbs are hit. If hit outside of combat, the Blue Fang applies its stun immediately on hit.
