Asavedo Weddell was a normal man until he had his basic cyberarm installed. Then he developed a rare form of Cyberpsychosis where the mind can not reconcile the fusion of machine and body. Slowly, insanity takes over. Some people tear cybernetics out their own Weddell's psychosis was more subtle; he formed a revulsion of all technology He kept the cyberarm however, and merely camouflaged it to make it appear as human as possible. Eventually, he moved out to Colorado Springs where he joined a small Luddite alt, the Brotherhood of the Desolate Soul. His charisma enabled him to take over, and now he is high priest Weddell got the Napalm from an abandoned A-my depot near Colorado Springs. He has been saving it for a special occasion.[1]
