The "Specter" is a Nomadic version of the Quartz, a vehicle manufactured by Archer in Cyberpunk 2077.
Overview[]
The Specter is a custom version of the Archer Quartz, with a new engine capable of speeding on rough terrain. The vehicle is equipped with a Militech CrystalDome system and mounted machine guns. It can occasionally be seen in the Badlands, usually by the Wraiths.[1]

The driver for the Quartz "Specter" may come and go like a mirage, but the car's performance figures are not trick of the eye. Its 520 horsepower is as real as global warming. The car itself is a featherweight, but give it a little CHOOH and you'll hear it purr like a 5-ton SUV. The nomad-tuned torque is so efficient that you can climb desert hills with downhill speed. Add to that a rebuilt cooling system with additional electric fans and you can literally drive into the sunset from dusk till dawn.

- It was originally known as Quartz "Barghest," but due to the introduction of the faction with the same name in Phantom Liberty, it was changed to "Specter."
- It is the Wraiths counterpart of the Aldecaldos "Sidewinder".
- It is one of the few cars that can perform a wheelie.
