The David IIIC[1] is a automative defensive weapon manufactured by the Arasaka Corporation in Cyberpunk 2077.
Overview[]
The David IIIC is a standard issue automatic defense weapon used in highly populated urban communities. The security turret triggers when aggressive individuals who threaten public security are detected. Once activated, the security turret does not deactivate until the threat has been eliminated, or it has been deactivated by the use of a device quickhack.[2]
Details[]
- Arasaka Security Turrets can be seen all throughout Night City. The player can activate them by killing civilians on the street which leads to the turrets attempting to kill you. Most of the public turrets are owned or can otherwise be controlled by the Night City Police Department.
- Using high enough Intelligence, players can take control of these turrets or use them against enemies during combat.
- In Pacifica, all the security turrets are malfunctioning.
