The chief and only surgeon at the Haven clinic on Montaña de Oro Ave. It's not clear how he learned his trade or where he worked before, but the unbroken composure he maintains in any situation would suggest a field hospital after a bloody, hopeless battle.
Empathy is not Anderson's strong point, but it'd be wrong to consider him devoid of feeling. The very fact that he has chosen to devote his skills to serving the poorest residents of Dogtown speaks volumes. Which begs the question... why?
