Angelica Whelan is a pack-leader of the Animals in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty.
Appearance[]
Angelica has pink hair with blue streaks. She wears a Str33t Dandy composite-coated cap atop her head.
Around her neck, she wears a black choker with purple rims. She also wears the Bermuda Triangle protective-mesh muscle tank, layered under a gold bolero jacket. For pants, she wears tight leather slacks adorned with a gold Seigaiha[1] pattern.
Her shoes are gold platform sneakers that go with her black-gold aesthetic.
She wears gold bands on both forearms, which extend to her middle fingers in the form of a vertical line and rings. On the back of her left hand, she has a small tattoo.

ANGELICA WHELAN
Cunning, witty and also the alpha of her pack in Dogtown. Unlike most Animals, she's not a hulking mountain of muscle. She earned the respect of her people through sheer charisma. It started with a simple negotiation that required a little more finesse than most Animals could muster, with both sides realizing they could benefit from mutual cooperation. Since then Angie's been on top of biz, arranging and fixing fights and wheeling in cash. She's well aware of her position and knows just how far she can reach. The right woman for the job.
