Walkthrough[]
Some time after deciding which Samurai band member will play during the reunion and rescuing Nancy Hartley from the Totentanz, Nancy calls V, telling them that they are ready for the Samurai reunion at the Red Dirt bar.
When V arrives at the bar in the evening, Nancy asks that V open the guitar case. To Johnny and V's surprise, it is Johnny's old guitar, which was kept in a private collection. Nancy mentions that Kerry should be there momentarily, and that he will bring Drausin from Cutthroat with him to stand in for the missing bandmember.
If V chose Denny during Second Conflict:
- When V talks to Denny, she will mention that she helped Henry get with a new band, which helped him quit using drugs. When things started to go well for Henry, he proceeded to remove her from his live again, until a month later Denny stumbled upon Henry again, living on the streets because his new pals threw him out because he was acting up again, but she just left him there and made sure that he would not figure out where she was staying. When asked about how she feels about playing with Samurai again, she says that it feels weird, especially because Johnny isn't here, and that she misses him.
If V chose Henry during Second Conflict:
- V was able to talk with Henry, he may explain that when he hit rock bottom, Denny left him, and that she refused to talk to him. He also mentions to V that Kerry helped him get ready for the gig.
After talking with Nancy, V goes to the bathroom to discreetly take the Pseudoendotrizine, and allows Johnny to take over.
When Johnny returns in the main room, Kerry and Drausin have arrived. After a brief conversation, once the group is ready, it will cut to the group on stage. The group then starts playing "A Like Supreme."[Notes 2][Notes 3][Notes 4]
After playing, Johnny and Kerry sitting at the bar, talking to each other. Johnny gifts Kerry the guitar, and gives V back control of their body. In return, Kerry gifts V the , his iconic Overture, and leaves the bar.[Notes 5]

- Wait a day for Nancy's call.
- Talk to Nancy.
- Go to the Red Dirt in the evening.
- If it is not evening yet:
- Wait until evening.
- Talk to Nancy.
- Go to the bathroom and take the pills.
- Take the pills to give Johnny control.
- Go back to the main room in Red Dirt.
- Talk to Kerry.
- Perform with Kerry.
- Talk to Johnny.
