@Chris Stryder yes. It's a tough fight. Bring tons of healing items.
I have done all the endings.
Spacing to block spoilers! You have been warned!
My favorite was doing the raid on Arasaka with the nomads and then leaving Night City with them as well as having Judy come with me. A close second was doing the raid solo with just the ghost if Johnny in my head and then going into space to raid the crystal palace.
A few points here.
1: From an outsiders perspective, as in us folk in the real world being outside observers so to speak, of the Cyberpunk universe, we have the ability to see and know alot more about the world, events, and general knowledge of the universe as a story then an average citizen in Night City would be able to know. This colors how we view certain aspects. By definition what Johnny Silverhand did was a terrorist act, as he worked to use terror as a means of coercion against a population.
2: The fact the NUSA helped him by providing material support and hired operatives doesn't negate it being a terrorist act, it just makes the NUSA a state sponsor of terrorism.
3: Johnny did participate in the actual mission but his memory of the exact circumstances and actions undertaken are biased and not 100% correct as experienced in the game. Humans tend to remember thier "greatest" moments more often then other memories and each time they do it changes just a bit and the effect is cumulative so the more you remember it, the more it gets warped. This is just a function of how our minds work.
4: Most importantly I think, is that in general, one man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter. We can look at the actions undertaken that day and judge it to be desperate act against the tyrannical domination of people by corporate interests, or a evil act of nuclear terrorism against innocent workers and collateral others, or as a attack on enemy forces with a veneer of plausible deniability, depending on where we sit with our views of the factions and people involved. Basically, a act that is technically terrorism is something some would see as a strike for the greater good and others see it other ways. All are valid in thier own ways as they are subjective applications of how someone views it all within thier own moral and ethical standards.
@Arasaka Netrunner that's my plan. Here comes another 100 hours on top of my 600 already lol
EDIT: I am happily not joking either lol
We shall have to agree to disagree then lol
@Cpl. Berkowitz River is the only one I agree with you on lol
Panam isn't immature so much as she is stubborn but her stubbornness is based around helping those she cares about and she will go to any length to protect her family and friends. I suppose immaturity is a subjective appraisal rather then objective however.
Kerry is not a narcissist. His persona is that of a narcissist but he is actually a caring individual who is having a serious emotionally difficult moment when Johhny shows up again. This acts as a epiphany for Kerry and he comes out the other side of it all more open minded about the current state of music as well as more aware of how his complacency has let others take advantage of his music for thier own ends. He ends up willingly helping a new act make it big and gives Us Cracks advice on stardom. He needed a shock and that shock let him rediscover himself.
I respect and like Judy as she is a savant grade BD editor who could easily earn a top spot in any BD production company (and she in fact was offered jobs like this) but because she considers BD experiences to be an art form, she refuses to compromise her artistic integrity by taking such a high paying and powerful job.
I will ditto the advice to wait for the Sept 26 update as alot will change even without you owning the Phantom Liberty expansion.
I saved Blue Moon purely as a favor to my dude Kerry. The song he made with them may of been horrendous but he's a rocker at heart.
I had tons of fun doing a "Mike Tyson" build where I maxed out cool and the fist related perks and the HP perks. Super tanky and I just beat everyone to death. I could never find a blue track suit outfit tho so the Mike Tyson Mysteries look escaped me....
It's actually the Tetratronic Rippler, not Zetatech. Apologies for getting the manufacturer wrong. @Cpl. Berkowitz I am most likely going to play as a netrunner in my first playthru of the game with Phantom Liberty added so we shall see how it goes lol
Zetatech rippler iirc let's your ultimate hacks spread so you can cause multiple suicides or similar to ripple across enemies. It can be really devastating if used with the right hacks and skills
@Cpl. Berkowitz don't get in the way of that axe he is grinding! You might end up with the same chip on your shoulder he has! /snark
Brainwashing to the degree he has suffered is worse then soulkiller..
Not just losing what is YOU but having it be programmed away and replaced with lord knows what beliefs and principles.
It's the idea of nothing being sacred taken to the ultimate extreme.
Fair enough, I thought I'd mention it on the off chance you were a PC player. I do agree vanilla could use more drugs since they are so prevalent in the table top game.
Took the inhaler, took his life, took his gun, took out brick, helped brick, helped Royse, blew up royce.....
I have almost 700 hours played on multiple playthrus
