The Galena "Rattler" is only available with the Nomad lifepath. And yes... V can keep the car later, but I do not want to divulge how., because I don't want to spoil anything.
There may be an issue with cloud saves or local saves. You may have to load a save off your xbox or vice-versa.
I know it's frustrating, kinda like playing Fallout NV... or any Fallout for that matter.
Just a thought... how much space do you have on your Xbox? I had to remove games I wasn't playing before.

@Color Colonial I have had no issues on my Series X with this new patch.
You may have to delete and reinstall the game. I have had to do that before after a patch.

Too bad you can't dual wield the Crusher w/ a high body attribute. They should've added the ability to dual wield pistols.
It must've downloaded after I played this morning, I was still running into invincible enemies.

Got it, sorry, I don't have any help to offer. Maybe uninstall and reinstall? I have had to do that on my Xbox a couple times because of some glitches.
