1)Flashing lights are a deliberate part of the game so they won't be 'fixed' I DO NOT recommend playing it if you get seizures.

2)Probably not, but you never know.

You will have flashing lights during braindance initiation, but it is very clear to see when it will happen, so prepare for it. On PC there is a mod that removes it, but console limitations don't allow mods sadly.

Weren't the flashing lights in the braindance toned down in the first patch?
